Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes - the easiest and delicious roasted potatoes with olive oil, butter, garlic, herb and lemon. No deep-frying clean recipe!
everyone loves potatoes, I imply, who doesn’t like potatoes? Even the pickiest eaters like potatoes, case-in-point: my 4-year old son. even as we all love fried potatoes including chips and fries, the reality is that most of the people hate deep-frying at home. Deep-frying can be so messy, it wastes a lot of oil, the splatter, but most of all, many human beings are dreadful of deep-frying and the aftermath which include smooth-up.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 heads garlic top trimmed
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves
- 1/2 lemon cut into wedges
- 5-6 sprigs thymes
- Scant 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds baby small or fingerling potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
INTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F. reduce slits at the potatoes, do not cut thru. place the potatoes in a roasting pan and brush with the olive oil and melted butter. upload the garlic, parsley, lemon and thyme within the pan, in between the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Roast the potato for 1 hour, basting the oil combination at 30 minute c programming language. Serve without delay after roasting.
