One Pan Chicken Parmesan and Roasted Zucchini

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg

INTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450 levels. Spray a rimmed cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
