Avocado Salsa

Why have undeniable old tomato salsa while you could upload avocados to the mix? This Avocado Salsa is extremely delicious and it’s easy to make! For this recipe you’ll cut up tomatoes, avocados, crimson onions, cilantro, jalapeños, and garlic and toss all of it together with a few sparkling lime juice and oil and you’ve were given a chip dip nobody can resist! minimum elements but you get lots of clean taste.

ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados, semi-firm but ripe, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup chopped red onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (more or less to taste as desired)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves , chopped
  • 1 large or 2 small jalapeños, seeded and chopped (1/4 cup. Leave seeds if you like heat)
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 6 medium roma tomatoes (20 oz), seeded and diced

instructions

  1. place red onion in a strainer or sieve and rinse underneath cool water to take away harsh bite. Drain nicely. upload to a blending bowl along with diced tomatoes, jalapeños and avocados.
  2. In a separate small blending bowl whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper until combination is properly combined. Pour combination over avocado aggregate, add cilantro then lightly toss aggregate to flippantly coat. Serve with tortilla chips or over Mexican entrees.
