INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp Argo® Corn Starch
- 1/4 cup cold water or milk
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp fat drippings (from any type of roasted meat)
- 2 cups chicken broth or beef broth
INTRUCTIONS
- cook dinner fat drippings and broth in a saucepan or range-top secure roasting pan over medium heat until hot.
- Whisk water and cornstarch in a small bowl till easy. add to broth in saucepan.
- Stirring continuously with a twine whisk, carry to a boil over medium warmth and boil 1 minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to flavor. Serve warm.
