Easy Gravy

This clean Gravy recipe is so versatile and it’s the right compliment to a batch of fluffy mashed potatoes this Thanksgiving! Plus, it simplest requires a few elements and it’s a breeze to make.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Tbsp Argo® Corn Starch
  • 1/4 cup cold water or milk
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp fat drippings (from any type of roasted meat)
  • 2 cups chicken broth or beef broth

INTRUCTIONS

  1. cook dinner fat drippings and broth in a saucepan or range-top secure roasting pan over medium heat until hot.
  2. Whisk water and cornstarch in a small bowl till easy. add to broth in saucepan.
  3. Stirring continuously with a twine whisk, carry to a boil over medium warmth and boil 1 minute. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper to flavor. Serve warm.
