Lighter Honey-Sesame Chicken

i like chinese take-out recipes however I don’t love the frying and calories that comes with most of it, so this time round I’ve lightened up the traditional Honey-Sesame fowl! INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp finely minced , peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth , divided
  • Chicken
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil , peanut oil or extra-light olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 3 green onions , sliced
  • Cooked white or brown rice , for serving
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts , diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and white or black pepper

INTRUCTIONS
