  • Almond Butter Banana Flax
  • 1/2 well ripened banana, mashed well
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp honey, or to taste
  • 6 drops almond extract
  • Peanut Butter Nutella
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder, such as PB2
  • 1 tsp honey, or to taste
  • 2 tsp Nutella
  • 1 Tbsp chopped unsalted peanuts
  • Banana Coconut
  • 1/2 cup canned light coconut milk (in place of 2% milk listed)
  • 1/2 well ripened banana, mashed well
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/8 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp packed brown sugar, or to taste
  • 2 Tbsp chopped mixed unsalted nuts
  • Apple Pie
  • 2/3 cup peeled and finely chopped honey crisp apple
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp packed brown sugar or maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp dried cranberries and/or chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Berries and Cream
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries or frozen, thawed and drained (dice strawberries)
  • 2 tsp honey, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp half and half
  • Pumpkin Pie
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp (scant) ground cinnamon
  • 1 fair pinch ground ginger
  • 1 fair pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pecans

INTRUCTIONS

  1. Almond Butter Banana Flax
  2. In a medium microwave safe bowl* stir together oats, milk, water, salt, banana, and flax. heat in microwave 2 half - 3 minutes. Stir in almond butter, honey and almond extract. allow relaxation a few minutes to cool. thin with a bit extra milk as needed. 
  3. Peanut Butter Nutella
  4. In a medium microwave secure bowl stir together oats, milk, water and salt. warmth in microwave 2 half - three mins. Stir in peanut butter powder and honey. permit cool a few minutes then dollop and swirl in Nutella. top with peanuts. 
  5. Banana Coconut
  6. In a medium microwave secure bowl stir together oats, coconut milk, water, salt and banana. heat in microwave 2 half of - three mins. Stir in shredded coconut, brown sugar and coconut extract. permit cool several minutes. pinnacle with nuts.
  7. Chocolate
  8. In a medium microwave safe bowl stir together oats, milk, water, salt, banana and cocoa powder. warmth in microwave 2 half of - 3 mins. Stir in vanilla extract and brown sugar. allow cool several minutes then top with chocolate chips and strawberries.
