Seattle Smoked Salmon Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. McCormick Guacamole Seasoning Mix
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp milk, as needed
  • 4 oz. smoked salmon, skin and bones removed, flaked
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions, plus more for topping
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

INTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blending bowl the use of an electric powered hand mixer whip cream cheese till mild and fluffy. 
  2. add cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and seasoning blend then combo to combined. 
  3. blend in enough milk to attain favored consistency. 
  4. Fold in salmon and inexperienced onions. ideally sit back 1 hour or till geared up to serve. 
  5. Garnish with greater inexperienced onions and serve with crackers or crusty baguette slices.
