  • 1 1/4 cups (280g) packed light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 large marshmallows

INTRUCTIONS

  1. For the cookies: upload chocolate and butter to a medium microwave safe blending bowl. warmth in microwave in 30 2d periods, stirring properly between intervals until melted and easy, set apart to cool slightly.
